My dear friend Earl M. Smith has produced an ‘epic music/storyline/image’ trailer for YouTube. With soul-stirring passion, this 6-minute AI video reflects the enormous canvas, emotional power and spiritual vision of the science fantasy novel An Era in Anddemar. I love his soul-stirring script and the wild Celtic drumming and chanting. Here’s the text:
In a galaxy beyond our imagining, there exists a living realm of stars, dreams and ancient wonders, Anddemar, a realm where darkness and light have danced together since time immemorial.
But now something is coming, a lifeless Greyness spreads across the Heavens. Nature trembles, stars begin to fade, tyranny rises, and the Great Dance of the Heavens falls into discord.
Yet even as the Greyness gathers, hope awakens. An unlikely alliance emerges: an exiled Shapemage, mysterious wormholes through which music flows, the ancient Grail, and a band of Earth scientists stranded far beyond their home. Together they must confront a force that threatens the very soul of Anddemar.
But woven through this cosmic struggle is something more powerful than fear: love, an exquisite bond between Anddemar’s foremost knight and the Vidar Quain of the Dreaming.
For in a universe where darkness and light are eternally entwined, perhaps the greatest power of all is the love that refuse to fade.
Anddemar, a modern mythological odyssey of love, light and the living Cosmos.
